Once the creditcard company has validated your creditcard informations, the goods have been registrered as bought. The money will not be transfered to we shop´s account until the goods have been sent.

You have to be 18 and in the possesion of a Dankort.

Reservations for out of stock items, price errors, typographical errors, as well as VAT and tax changes. 

Regret

The customer can regret a purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal is valid from receiving the goods. Undone acquisition within 14 days, we will refund the price. The condition to exploit the right is that the product is returned in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in same condition as when received.
 
The customer pays the costs of returning.

Reclamation

Under the Sale of Goods Act you have 24 months warranty from date of purchase. The warranty means that you can complain about defects in the product, whichvoccurred within 24 months from date of purchase. However, it is essential that these defects are not caused by misuse of the product or other tortious conduct that has resulted in shortage. If you wish to complain about a product, it must be sent to our address:

A complaint about a product purchased from us can be submitted to "Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning", Carl Jacobsen Vej 35 , 2500 Valby. You can complain to "Center for Klageløsning" through www.forbrug.dk .
